Jordan Peterson on Wokeness

In this video, Jordan Peterson talks about wokeness, a so-called awakening. According to the german dictionary Duden wokeness is a “high (occasionally narrow-minded or associated with militant activism) sensitivity to racist, sexist discrimination, social inequality, etc.”. Wokeness sounds relatively good at first glance, but once you get into it, it becomes clear pretty quickly that what Wokeness claims to combat it actually promotes. Wokeness is a sham. Wokeness pretends to be pro social justice and anti-racism, but is actually against social justice and promotes racism. In my understanding, wokeness expresses a state of mind that is characterized by numerous contradictions and is an indication of bad thinking.
